The Society preriodically undertakes an audience survey of its members and friends.

The current survey was distributed during April and May 2008.

If you wish to participate but have not been able to attend the Concerts where the survey was distributed, please download the attached file (in pdf format) and complete it at home.

The form can then be returned to the RCS, Attn Alan Jones c/o Verity Weatherburn , Philharmonic Hall, Hope Street, Liverpool L1 9BP .
